1.) Click the Start button,
click Settings, and choose Control Panel.

2.) Double-click the Network
and Dial-up Connections icon.

3.) Double-click the Make
New Connection icon.

4.) Click the Next
button.

5.) Select Dial-up to the
Internet and click the Next button.

6.) Select I want to set up
my Internet connection manually and click the Next button.

7.) Select I connect through
a phone line and a modem and click the Next button.

8.) Enter your local access
number with area code in the designated fields. Click the Next
button.

9.) In the User name field,
type your username. In the Password field, type your
password then click the Next
button.

10.) In the Connection Name
field, type CCCOMM. Click the Next button

11.) Click the Yes radio
button in the Do you want to set up an Internet mail account now area and click
the Next button.

12.) In the Display Name
field, type your name then click the Next button.

13.) In the E-mail address
field, type your email address. Your email address is your
CCCOMM
username followed by
@cccomm.net (example: username@cccommt.net).
Click the Next
button.

14.) Click the arrow box on
the My incoming mail server is a __ server drop-down list and choose
POP3.
In the Incoming mail server field,
type pop3.phonewave.net. In the Outgoing mail server
field,
type smtp.phonewave.net
then click the Next button.

15.) In the Account name
field, type your CCCOMM username. In the Password field, type your CCCOMM
password. Check the box next to Remember password if you would like to have your
password saved. Now click the Next button

16.) Check the box if you
would like to connect to the internet when you click Finish. Keep it unchecked
if you do not. You may now click Finish.
